At Darzai, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first — use the contact form and provide your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
  3. Package your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we made an error)

4. Bespoke and Custom Orders

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or custom-made orders. These are pieces made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Please note: natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish are characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • The refund is issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
