Darzai is an e-commerce store selling handcrafted Moroccan thuya burl wood jewelry boxes and artisan goods. Our products are shipped from Morocco.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
3. Handcrafted Products Disclaimer
All Darzai products are handcrafted by skilled Moroccan artisans. As a result:
- Slight variations in color, grain, and finish are natural and expected
- Dimensions may vary by ±5% from those listed
- These variations are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship, not defects
Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
4. Delivery

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days via our contact form. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or custom-made orders (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
