All Darzai orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our atelier in Morocco. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted piece safely and promptly.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for custom orders, processing may take longer — we will notify you by email.

3. Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Customs and Import Duties

The price displayed at checkout is all-inclusive — customs fees and import duties are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Morocco. Our handcrafted pieces are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us via the contact form and we will investigate promptly.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

1. Check with neighbors or your building’s reception
2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
3. Contact us within 7 days — we will open an investigation with the carrier
