Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times: France 3–5 days, Europe 5–8 days, International 8–14 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over €80 in France, €120 in Europe, and €150 worldwide.

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is every piece truly unique?

Yes. Thuya burl wood has a natural grain that is never the same twice. The piece you receive will match the product photos in style and quality, but its grain pattern will be yours alone.

What is thuya wood?

Thuya (Tetraclinis articulata) is a rare aromatic wood native to Morocco's Atlas Mountains. Its root burl produces a distinctive swirling pattern, making it one of the most sought-after decorative woods in the world.

Are the boxes handmade?

Entirely. Every Darzai piece is crafted by hand by master artisans in Essaouira, Morocco using traditional tools and techniques.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@darzai.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Care

How do I care for my thuya wood box?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme humidity. Occasionally apply a small amount of beeswax or natural wood oil to maintain the finish.
