Shipping Policy — Darzai

Thank you for shopping with Darzai. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship your orders. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@darzai.com.

1. Shipping Origin

All Darzai products are handcrafted in Morocco and shipped from France. Orders are processed and dispatched from our location in Parempuyre, France.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates apply once your order has been dispatched:

  • France: Standard 3–5 business days (€7.99, free on orders €65+) / Express 1–2 business days (€10.99)
  • European Union: Standard International 3–5 business days (€22.00)
  • International (rest of world): Standard International 3–5 business days (€29.00)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after receiving your confirmation email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside France may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.

6. Delivery Failures and Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Darzai cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If an order is returned due to a failed delivery, re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at contact@darzai.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
