- Shipping Origin
All Darzai products are handcrafted in Morocco and shipped from France. Orders are processed and dispatched from our location in Parempuyre, France.
2. Processing Time
Most of our products are made to order. Production takes approximately 2–4 weeks. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following premium markets: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea, Switzerland, and Norway.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Europe & nearby (UK, Switzerland, Norway): Standard shipping — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Long distance (USA, Canada, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea): Standard shipping — 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum order required.
